ACHS students are investing in the future!
Out of the nearly 500 students across WNY who competed in the 2020 Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge, our own sophomore, Ava Murak, was among the top ten winners. Ava received a $50 Tops gift card from Junior Achievement for her accomplishments.
Through buying and selling stocks and mutual funds, Ava's portfolio grew. All of our Career & Financial Management students had a great time investing $25,000 virtual dollars in the actual live stock market for the entire week of Nov. 16.
