On Friday, March 6, Nicholas Moore, a former Amherst Central High School star, played with the WestConn Wolves as they lost 71-69 to the Catholic Cardinals in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The game was held at Cousens Gymnasium at 3:30 p.m. and marked the Wolves’ first tournament meeting with the Catholic Cardinals.
