On Wednesday, March 26, former West Seneca East Senior High School standout Rachael Fuerst’s current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 15-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UNC Greensboro Spartans.

The game took place at UNCG Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 3 p.m. at Skytop Softball Stadium against Syracuse Orange.
