USA Hockey announces roster for Rivalry Series; Buffalo to host U.S.-Canada game

USA Hockey has named 30 players to represent the United States in the 2025 Rivalry Series, a women’s ice hockey competition against Canada. The roster includes 17 forwards, 10 defenders, and three goaltenders.

The Rivalry Series will feature four games, with the first two taking place in the United States. The opening game is scheduled for November 6 at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. The second game will be held on November 8 at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. Two additional games will be played in Canada at Rogers Place in Edmonton on December 10 and 13.

Among those selected are experienced Olympians such as Hilary Knight and Kendall Coyne Schofield. Eleven other players also have Olympic experience, including Cayla Barnes, Alex Carpenter, Jesse Compher, Savannah Harmon, Caroline Harvey, Megan Keller, Abbey Murphy, Kelly Pannek, Hayley Scamurra, Lee Stecklein, and Grace Zumwinkle.

Tickets for the Buffalo game are available through the KeyBank Center.
