On Thursday, April 17, former Canisius High School standout Vincent Mauro’s current college team, the Niagara Purple Eagles, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Manhattan Jaspers.

The game took place at John P. Bobo Field. This was their first matchup against the Jaspers this season.

The Purple Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 2 p.m. at John P. Bobo Field against Manhattan Jaspers.
