Amari DeBerry, former Williamsville South High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Saturday, March 22 in Division I NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Saturday, March 22, former Williamsville South High School standout Amari DeBerry’s current collegiate team the Maryland Terrapins won 82-69 against the Norfolk State Spartans in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Xfinity Center, this was the first game against the Norfolk State Spartans during the championship.

The Maryland Terrapins’ next game will take place on Monday, March 24 at 4 p.m. in Xfinity Center against Alabama Crimson Tide.

Amari DeBerry’s hometown is Williamsville and game position is forward.
