The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Stefan Iwan Mychajliw Jr., Stefan for Congress, refunded $2,800 to John F. Ruh on September 1, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Stefan for Congress refunded $22,950 total since April 1.
