Grand Island home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Grand Island rose by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 22.3% increase over the $184,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Grand Island in the first quarter of 2017.
