Alden (Erie County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Alden in Erie County rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 27.3% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Alden in the first quarter of 2017.
