Hamburg home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Hamburg rose by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 69.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $149,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Hamburg in the first quarter of 2017.
