Springville home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Springville fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 33.3% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Springville in the first quarter of 2017.
