Clarence Center home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Clarence Center rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 30.2% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 169 homes sold in Clarence Center in 2017.
