Billington Heights home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Billington Heights rose by $30,788 while total sales decreased by 89.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 12% increase over the $256,712 median sale price for the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Billington Heights in 2017.
