Aurora home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Aurora rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 92.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 2.3% increase over the $237,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Aurora in 2017.
