Akron home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Akron fell by $29,475 while total sales decreased by 94.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 21.4% decrease over the $137,475 median sale price for the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Akron in 2017.
