Brant home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Brant fell by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,100 - a 9.9% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Brant in 2017.
