Evans home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Evans fell by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 95.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 37.5% decrease over the $96,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 121 homes sold in Evans in 2017.
