Aurora home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Aurora rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,500 - a 18.3% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Aurora in the first half of 2017.
