Elma Center home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Elma Center rose by $10,100 while total sales decreased by 72.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 5.1% increase over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Elma Center in the first half of 2017.
