Hamburg home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Hamburg rose by $8,350 while total sales decreased by 86.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $151,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 360 homes sold in Hamburg in the first half of 2017.
