West Seneca (Erie County) home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in West Seneca in Erie County rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 86.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 3.6% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 273 homes sold in West Seneca in the first half of 2017.
