Kenmore home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Kenmore fell by $15,001 while total sales decreased by 74%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,999 - a 12% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Kenmore in the first half of 2017.
