Akron home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Akron fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 89.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Akron in the first half of 2017.
