Cheektowaga (Erie County) home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Cheektowaga in Erie County fell by $1,450 while total sales decreased by 73.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $106,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 512 homes sold in Cheektowaga in the first half of 2017.
