Lackawanna home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Lackawanna rose by $27,900 while total sales decreased by 83.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 38.7% increase over the $72,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Lackawanna in the first half of 2017.
