Brant home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Brant fell by $9,900 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,100 - a 9.9% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Brant in the first half of 2017.
