Graduates earn 810 degrees, certificates from D'Youville College

About 84.1 percent of the 810 degrees and certificates handed out by D'Youville College in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Buffalo conferred 271 bachelor's degrees and 235 master's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in registered nursing/registered nurse. Data shows the school gave out 162 bachelor's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse, followed by 85 master's degrees in family practice nurse/nursing and 72 master's degrees in occupational therapy/therapist.

The college enrolled 3,045 students for 2017-18, including 1,699 in undergraduate programs and 1,346 in graduate programs.
