Cost of college went up for all students at D'Youville College

Tuition and fees rose 3.4 percent for 2018-19 at D'Youville College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

New York students paid $26,750 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $880 more than the $25,870 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 81 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 223 students received grants or scholarships totaling $3.7 million and 169 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.5 million.

Including all undergraduates (3,045), 1,555 students used grants or scholarships totaling $20.9 million, and 1,182 students took out $8.9 million in federal student loans.
