Clarence Center ranked 145th among cities in New York by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau in August.

The median income of Clarence Center residents was an inflation-adjusted $48,646 per year. Clarence Center had 874 households in 2017, with a population of 2,671.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Munsey Park. Munsey Park's median income was $103,710 per year after adjusting for inflation – $55,064 more than Clarence Center. It had 784 households in 2017 and a population of 2,739.
