The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Billington Heights rose by $41,962 while total sales remained unchanged with 28 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,712 - a 19.5% increase over the $214,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Billington Heights in 2016, as well.
