Grand Island home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Grand Island rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 258 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,500 - a 0.8% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 271 homes sold in Grand Island in 2016.
