Lancaster home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Lancaster rose by $13,150 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 431 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 8.3% increase over the $159,350 median sale price for the previous year. There were 414 homes sold in Lancaster in 2016.
