Alden (Erie County) home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Alden in Erie County fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 12.5% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Alden in 2016.
