Akron home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Akron fell by $7,525 while total sales decreased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,475 - a 5.2% decrease over the $145,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Akron in 2016.
