Kenmore home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Kenmore rose by $7,730 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 280 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $122,270 median sale price for the previous year. There were 300 homes sold in Kenmore in 2016.
