Brant home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Brant fell by $22,375 while total sales decreased by 45.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 18.3% decrease over the $122,375 median sale price for the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Brant in 2016.
