Unincorporated home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Unincorporated fell by $1,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Unincorporated in the second half of 2016, as well.
