Clarence Center home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Clarence Center fell by $28,751 while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,999 - a 9.5% decrease over the $303,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Clarence Center in the second half of 2016.
