Aurora home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Aurora rose by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 45.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 34.2% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Aurora in the second half of 2016.
