Billington Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Billington Heights rose by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 20.7% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Billington Heights in the second half of 2016.
