Marilla home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Marilla fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,000 - a 5.5% decrease over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Marilla in the second half of 2016.
