Grand Island home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Grand Island rose by $5,050 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 2.6% increase over the $192,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in Grand Island in the second half of 2016.
