Town Line home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Town Line rose by $4,900 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,900 - a 2.7% increase over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Town Line in the second half of 2016.
