Colden home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Colden fell by $650 while total sales decreased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,250 - a 0.4% decrease over the $161,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Colden in the second half of 2016.
