Holland (Erie County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Holland in Erie County rose by $5,726 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,145 - a 4% increase over the $142,419 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Holland in the second half of 2016.
