Sloan home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Sloan rose by $9,450 while total sales increased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 13% increase over the $72,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Sloan in the second half of 2016.
