North Collins (Erie County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in North Collins in Erie County rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 136.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 20% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in North Collins in the second half of 2016.
