Brant home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Brant fell by $114,900 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,100 - a 63.8% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Brant in the second half of 2016.
