Collins home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Collins fell by $43,150 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,850 - a 33.7% decrease over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Collins in the second half of 2016.
