Grand Island home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Grand Island rose by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,500 - a 4.9% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Grand Island in the third quarter of 2016.
